We are finally finishing our two 10-person dragon boats this spring to prepare for the 2024 season.
Over the past few years, Coach Jim McGrory has patched the many holes and restored the boats so that they can be paddled again. This spring, we are getting help from our friends at the White Bear Boat Works for the finishing touches and a new gel coat.
We already have our dragon boat paddles and are excited to launch a new program soon to get even more kids on the water at Lake Phalen. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks.
